Return & Refund Policy

At Wolf Sports, we take pride in the quality of our manufacturing. As a factory-direct manufacturer, we want you to be fully satisfied with every order. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Quality Assurance

Every product manufactured by Wolf Sports undergoes rigorous quality control checks before shipment. We ensure that all items meet the specifications agreed upon during the order confirmation process.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Items with proven manufacturing defects, material flaws, or workmanship issues.
  • Incorrect Items: Items received that differ from the confirmed order specifications (wrong product, size, color, or quantity).
  • Damaged in Transit: Items that arrive damaged due to shipping. (See Section 6 for reporting procedures.)

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Incorrect sizing due to buyer-provided specifications
  • Custom-branded or OEM items unless defective
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Orders where the buyer refused to accept delivery without prior approval

3. Return Request Timeframe

All return requests must be submitted within the following timeframes:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Within 7 calendar days of receiving the shipment.
  • Incorrect Items: Within 7 calendar days of receiving the shipment.
  • Shipping Damage: Within 48 hours of delivery (see Section 6).

  • Your order number and invoice details
  • Clear photographs of the defective / incorrect / damaged items
  • A detailed description of the issue

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your return request, our quality control team will review the submitted evidence within 3–5 business days. We may request additional photos or information. If the return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned items are received and inspected at our facility, we will process the resolution based on the outcome:

Approved Returns

  • Full Refund: For confirmed manufacturing defects or incorrect items, we will issue a full refund of the product cost plus any original shipping charges.
  • Replacement: Alternatively, we may offer to replace the defective or incorrect items with the correct product at no additional cost. The buyer may choose between a refund or replacement.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank transfer, wire transfer, or as mutually agreed).
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Only a portion of the order is defective or incorrect
  • Items show signs of use or are missing original packaging
  • Returns initiated after the eligible timeframe (at our discretion)

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made, branded, or OEM products (unless defective)
  • Sample orders
  • Shipping charges (except in cases of our error)

6. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, you must:

  • Document the damage with clear photographs of the packaging and items
  • Report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Retain all packaging materials for inspection by the shipping carrier

We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Error: If the return is due to our error (defect, incorrect item, or shipping damage), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Buyer's Responsibility: For any other approved return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes.

8. Wholesale and Bulk Orders

For wholesale and bulk orders, return and refund terms may be negotiated and specified in the purchase agreement or proforma invoice. Custom agreements take precedence over this general policy.

9. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Production: Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of confirmation for a full refund. After 48 hours, a restocking or material fee may apply.
  • After Production Begins: Cancellations after production has started are subject to review and may incur charges for materials and labor already invested.
  • Custom / OEM Orders: Cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
