All orders are processed within the following timeframes after order confirmation and payment receipt:
- Sample Orders: 3–5 business days
- Standard Wholesale Orders: 7–15 business days (depending on order size)
- Custom / OEM Orders: 15–30 business days (depending on complexity and quantity)
- Bulk / Container Orders: Timeline provided at time of quotation
Processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays. We will notify you of any delays.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Shipping costs will be included in your quotation and confirmed before order processing. For wholesale and bulk orders, we may offer discounted or consolidated shipping rates.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with:

- Carrier name
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your shipment online
You can track your order 24/7 using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated in the quotation.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable fees before placing an order.
Wolf Sports is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
7. Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for reporting procedures.
8. Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Notify us within 7 days if the package cannot be located
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to pay customs fees, the package may be returned to us. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and re-delivery charges.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Wolf Sports is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Additional shipping charges for re-delivery will apply.
9. International Shipping Restrictions
Some countries may have restrictions on importing certain goods. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the ordered products comply with the destination country's import regulations. Wolf Sports is not liable for orders seized or delayed by customs due to import restrictions.
10. Pickup Option
Buyers are welcome to arrange their own freight pickup from our factory in Sialkot, Pakistan. We will coordinate with your chosen carrier to ensure smooth loading and documentation.
